The use of any services (“Services”) provided by Immoista or access to its content gives the user the status of User (“User”). Immoista allows users to view listings of valuable properties and get in touch with real estate agents and professionals who publish ads on Immoista.

The following describes the terms and Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) to which Immoista gives users access to and use of their services. In addition, in the section devoted to the rules of privacy (“Privacy Policy“) , the purposes and methods of treatment of personal data of Users are indicated.
We ask You to carefully read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using or visiting Immoista, you declare that You understand, are aware of and accept the Terms of Use. In the event that you do not agree to the Terms of Use listed below, use of the Site is not permitted.

All references contained in these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy referred to as “we /our/us” refer to Immoista LLC, all references to “you / your / yours” refer to the User. Immoista is not a real estate agency. The data relating to real estate available on Immoista are posted by third parties, realtors and builders. The details, information, photos, videos and features (“Details”) of the buildings are hosted on Immoista in good faith, we do not verify and therefore we cannot provide statements or guarantee its accuracy or completeness. We advise you to check all the details of the property with real estate agents and builders before making a decision or taking any action that is linked to a property published on Immoista. If you’re relying solely on the details on the Site, you do so at your own risk.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that the equipment (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) used to access the content has the features needed to allow for the use of Immoista, and to check compatibility.

REGISTRATION

To register with Immoista the User declares to have more than 18 years of age, and must ensure that the information provided by him/her is true, accurate, current and complete. It is your responsibility to update and inform us of any changes to the information provided by you in the registration. Although some parts of Immoista can be used by anyone without requiring registration, some services require that that the User register in order to verify their identity.

When you register for the service, you agree to receive emails about its activities, other Immoista services, and occasionally offers from third-parties. You may modify your communication preferences and unsubscribe from these communications at any time in the section on the User’s profile. .

Upon registration the User will be asked to create a password, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and restrict access to the computer, the User will be held responsible for any activity carried out by that access and password.
